FengShuiFunOnTheRun.com: When a windowpane is broken and an opening made between outside and in, the glass should be replaced as soon as possible. Windows are all about vision—not only your vision, but the view others have of you. Your reputation. If you have folks criticizing you, disrespecting you, or disparaging you, check your windows for an unknown break. If all glass is intact, then it's time to wash the windows, inside and out. This is a seasonal thing and should be done between now and the Autumn Equinox anyway, so add this to your list of stuff to do as September begins. Coming home to sparkling windows adds a twinkle to your eye. Twinkles mean there is a spark(le) in your mind that will start something new. Have fun with that.
