When you recognize the presence of both yang and yin frequencies in your environment, be reassured by their duality and the cycles of life that unfold in their presence. There will be in-breaths and out-breaths, ups and downs, and light and dark times. This is the nature of life. Here life will be harmoniously balanced. You may find them in a pillar and a pond, a boulder and a cave, or even a tall skinny townhouse next to a wide low ranch house. If you don't find them where you are living, stage them yourself! Add a banner on a pole and a cute mailbox. Get creative and have fun with it.
