Find the nearest stream of water flowing near your home and figure out if the water was beside your house, would its flow bring the water into your door. This translates to "Does the water flow to you or away from you?" If the front door was standing open, could the water flow in if it were close enough, considering the direction in which it is flowing? Water is life. Given the option, choose water flowing TO you, just like you would choose money flowing TO you rather than away. Water dragons are beautiful, but they can be treacherous. Before moving next to flowing water, do your research or hire an experienced professional and heed their advice, whatever it is.
