FengShuiFunOnTheRun.com: When there is water in the street outside your home, and it hasn't rained in months, look to see from which direction the water has flowed down to your place. This defines "up" from your place, so you know where "down" is. When that flow of water stops a couple of doors down, you are dealing with stagnant water at the point where chi enters your property - at the mouth of the driveway. It is a small blip on the whole of your property but here mosquitoes breed, slime grows, and muck accumulates. The impact on then energy here will mirror this stagnation and proliferation of unwanted ick. Wildlife doesn't drink this water because of the accumulation of gas and oil from the street's surface. Best thing to do is sweep it down to the drain and let it flow. The time spent and effort expended will pay for itself many times over.
