Those who are responsible for the house, have the "backing" of the house, and should have their Black Tortoise protection provided. Turn this table 90°. Whomever sits closest to the kitchen can serve and clear. Whomever sits opposite can direct the conversation and activities. Guests don't want to be put in the host(s)' position(s) of responsibility.
